Eligibility
- The nominee is of Kerala origin.
- The nominee holds a degree in engineering.
- The nominee currently resides in the Northeastern United States.
- Self-nominations and third-party nominations are both welcome.
Eligible states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
